Maybe its the house renovation or the memories of shopping in Habitat back in the late 80`s and early 90`s but I was totally blown away by the Conran shop in Marylebone high street last week. I had not ventured in there for ages. The roof garden was a surprising delight as was the total confidence in just having a few amazing pieces and accessories be it a beautiful sofa, coffee table or fabulous piece of art. One other delight was the fabulous dining tables and wishbone chairs and the elegant table arrangements. I came away of a wish list of about 20 items.
