Quinton & Chadwick AW16
I have said this many times before but it really wouldn't be winter in Starburst if we didn't have a small burst of Quinton and Chadwick in store. Sadly its taken me until now to mention the new delivery and this year it has flown out despite the relatively warm Devon Autumn. However here is a look back...and few key styles are still here for the Christmas run up.

My absolute favorite has to be the buttery soft olive green clutch. I love olive green and just wish that more designers used it in there AW collections. I am still dreaming of an olive green wool pleated skirt from Prada which came out a few seasons back...but no one copied. Paired with bright mustard yellow and turquoise it was perfection.
And if theses pictures didn't have you leaping for your credit card then inspiration can always be found out there in blogger land. Habitually chic never fails to disappoint.

East By East West AW Collection
I have mentioned East by East West in a recent blog post..and now its time for the AW16 drop. As in previous season the over sized knits and quirky tailoring are all here. The oversize knitted dress is this year available in navy and cream, personal hits include the newly styled fisherman sweater is in Oyster, Navy and Cream and the double buttoned frill shirt in white cotton. Truly regal.

Jenny Collicott
The Jenny Collicott kimono collection arrived in store just over two weeks ago and her printed silk frivolities are divine. Luxurious, bold and decadent they speak of another era. An era of cocktail hour, rambling country houses, cigarettes on very long holders and bias cut Vionet dresses. They look fabulous over evening dresses or paired with crepe tuxedo pants but are also just as at home paired with a delicate vintage style top and jeans. Its hard to chooses a print but the Victorian vintage tea cup paired with the Aaya black blouse from Pyrus would be my go to evening look for winter.
